Our Area Plan

As the area agency on aging for our region, Senior Connections is tasked with the development and enhancement of comprehensive, coordinated home and community-based services for older adults and those who may care for them in your community. The 4-Year Area Plan for Aging Services serves as the blueprint on how we deliver services and programs and the official funding application to the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). The new 4 Year Plan will guide us from October 1, 2023, to September 2027.
