Home Delivered Meals

The Home Delivered Meals Program at Senior Connections is a nutritional support program done in partnership with FeedMore.  Nutritious meals are delivered to the homes of older adults who are not able to prepare meals themselves.

What are Home Delivered Meals?

Home Delivered Meals are nutritious meals, prepared by Feed More, that provide one-third of the recommended dietary allowances (RDA)
